Mallika Kapur - Managing Director
Mallika holds the twin portfolio of the MD of NextGen as well as the Product Manager at the Medical Instrumentation Division at Aimil. She is a MBBS doctor and also holds an MBA from Indian School of Business. She was the Manager Operations at Apollo Hospital, Delhi and has a lot of experience in the healthcare sector. Her interests include Marketing, Innovation Management and New Technologies.
Akhilesh Khare - Chairman
Akhilesh is a serial entrepreneur with some good success stories behind him. Akhilesh along with Sanjay Sengupta founded NextGen four years ago and is presently the Chairman of NextGen. Akhilesh has extensive experience in telecom and IT. He started Real Time Systems Limited and acquired key clients like L&T. Akhilesh is a Mechanical Engineer by qualification.
Sanjay Sengupta – Director (Technology)
Sanjay worked in US with companies like Nortel Networks, Bay Networks, etc., in various management positions. Currently Sanjay is overall in charge of the whole Technical Development. Sanjay has a Master is Space Physics, is from Computer Science background and has done his Business Management studies in Marketing.
Arjun Malhotra (Mentor and Advisor) B.Tech.(Gold Medalist) from IIT
CEO Headstrong. Global Consulting firm with revenue of $100 M.. Previously founder member of HCL Group, a $1 billion coaglomerate. Also founder member of India-UNIDO (United Nations Industrial Development Organization). He is also a Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TechSpan.
